[The meeting is being held in a place in which we board members can sit 10 feet apart. If the public wants to attend they may contact Syringa to arrange for their attendance ]

Meeting will be opened by the president at 3:00 PM

1. President entertains any amendments to the agenda.
2. President reviews last month’s minutes with the board and asks for revisions, additions and approval. Minutes will be handed out.
3. Old Business:
   1. Finances / water losses.
   2. Update of our water manager’s doings, including his efforts to learn from Rural Water how to handle de-annexations and annexations.
   3. Review of generator plans.
4. New Business
   1. Our approval of Sewell’s contract between us and the contractor;
   2. President’s research on paying for phases 3 and 4 of our contstuction plan.
   3. Contract with City.
   4. Review of draft of water district “policies.” Input from all board members, including formatting of water application that goes with our policies.
   5. Layout plans to increase awareness of the availability of water within our district.
   6. Review of plan to hire another attorney or keep the existing attorney.
5. Closure of Meeting.
