2. President reviews last month’s minutes and asks for revisions, additions and approval.
3. Old Business:
   1. Report from Certified Operator.
   1. Financial Report.
   1. Water loss report.
   1. Review of last meeting’s action items, if any.

• New Business
  • Review of Sewell’s construction plans for summer/ fall.  Plans for construction. Plans for loan or “self-pay.”
  • Communication letter with Syringa water clients, to include this content:
    • Review of Public meeting.
    • Review of Dover’s decision and three reviews.
    • News about the completion of Syringa’s District status.
    • Issues with City of Sandpoint.
  • Review of history of disagreement with City.
  • Summary of board action items to be completed by next meeting.

• Closure of Meeting.
