  1. President entertains any amendments to the agenda.
  2. President reviews last month’s minutes and asks for revisions, additions and approval.
  3. Old Business:
    1. Report from Certified Operator, including request from an owner for verification that his property is in the District.
    1. Financial Report.
    1. Water loss report.
    1. Report from Fred on his attempt to get legal advice.
  4. New Business
    1. Review with Sewell engineering our construction plans for this summer./ fall.
    1. Summary of board action items to be completed by next meeting.
