Connies Restaurant: 4:00 PM

Meeting will be opened by the president at 4:00 PM

  1. President entertains any amendments to the agenda.
  2. President reviews last month’s minutes and asks for revisions, additions and approval.
  3. Old Business:
    1. Report from Certified Operator, including request from an owner for verification that his property is in the District.
    2. Financial Report.
    3. Water loss report.
    4. Report from Fred on his attempt to get legal advice.
  4. New Business
    1. Re-introduction of Tim Blankenship as a possible board member.
    2. Discussion with representatives from Tupelo Association about procuring water from Syringa.
    3. Follow up to request to  Sewell  (Scott Brown) for cost estimates and time lines of this spring and summer’s projects.
    4. Review of draft of water district “policies.”  Included in this discussion is the process by which someone in the district “signs up” for water.  What should the application be? 
    5. Summary of board action items to be completed by next meeting.
