5. Past due accounts discussed – Fred to write letters.
6. Financial Report 1-1-2020 Checking $23,932.25 Reserve $ 344,402.20

7. Water loss 112,111 gallons 150 gallons per hour
8. Proposed By Laws reviewed- Dates need to be corrected to conform to State Statute re:
Elections, Budgets, etc. Stephen to present with changes at February meeting.
9. Split property reviewed – Since there is no cost to anyone to leaves as is, it was decided to
leave alone for now. Complaints will be handled on individual basis
10. Budget reviewed – Stephen will make approved changes and present at Feb meeting. Budgets
from here on will need to be presented at an August meeting to conform to State Statutes.
11. Stephen to contact Sewell – Itemize projects with budget numbers for planning purposes.
12. Fred to contact Dover Mayor for update on Water purchase. –
13. Fred to try to find an attorney who will be receptive to a claim from the City.
14. Fred presented election information to Board. Stephen will put in PDF format and send to
members. It needs to be decided who will run for election at June 2021, June 2023 and June
2025 elections. These will be run by the Bonner County Elections office.
15. The existing Board will be members at large until official elections take place.
