Meeting will be opened by the president at 4:00 PM

  1. President entertains any amendments to the agenda.
  2. President reviews last month’s minutes and asks for revisions, additions and approval.
  3. Old Business:
    1. Report from Certified Operator.
    1. Financial Report.
    1. Water loss report.
    1. Final review of Bylaws and approval.
  4. New Business
    1. Review of budget as written by Cafferty, Drinkard and Nitcy.  Approval motion.
    1. Discussion of immediate plans and timeline for next four months. What do we have to and/ or want to do and by when?
    1. Review of draft of water district “policies.” 
    1. Consider motion to allow Fred to pursue in a limited way additional  legal advice concerning City of Sandpoint. 
    1. Summary of board action items to be completed by next meeting.
