Meeting called to order at 4:05 by President Stephen Drinkard

Minutes of February approved as presented
Report from Certified Operator: Locate requests picking up. Mo new or serious problems during past month
Financial Report: Reserve – – $344,430.43 Checking: $26,932.64
Water Loss – – 101,000 gallons
Discussion on getting most return on interest from Reserve account. Frank will check with bank about this.
.Report on Legal inquiry: Gary Finney reviewed our situation and determined that we have cause to make claim against City for their water connections in our District. Finney said after review of Stephen Smith letter to City that the ball is in the City’s court. He felt Smith presented our case well, and will be available if we have further questions.
Fred to attend Dover Council meeting on March 12 at 6 PM to get opinion from them on whether they are interested in supplying our water or not.
Work items discussed. It was agreed to have Sewell proceed with finalizing #1 and #2, and prepare documents for bidding A S A P ,, Also to continue design work for #3 and #4 so it can be ready for bid this fall, for work to commence in 2021. Stephen moved, John second –
