Board members present: Gabel, Drinkard, Darnell, Cafferty
Visitor : Neil Tucker
General discussion on condition of meters, age and dependability. Mike and Neil to spot check questionable locations.
Discussion on possible expansion of District area. Stephen and Fred to get with Title Co. and decide which area will be included and devise a system of notification of property owners to find out if there is enough interest.
Neil to talk with Sewell regarding system history.
Frank to check on Indemnity Insurance for Board members. Will get info to Mike.
Discussion on aging accounts. Mike will review and determine if Fred needs to write any collection letters.
