Meeting called to order by President Mike Benjamin
Board Members present: Drinkard, Gabel, Darnell, Cafferty
Review of May 5 meeting minutes:
Discussion on meter evaluations. Mike and Frank to check on them as they read on an
ongoing effort to determine if we have old/bad meters that need replacing.
Czap meter to be relocated when Kelly arrives later this month.
Title company will have completed their survey that was requested by Stephen and Fred
in a week or so. We will have by next meeting for review.
Frank to check on Indemnity Insurance for Board members.
Tim from Sewell dropped in to give update on their work and to present first progress bill. Mike to sign and Frank will mail to DEQ.
Reviewed aging accounts. Frank to identify problem accounts and notify Fred if notices need to be sent.
Discussion on safekeeping of Certificates and ownership records. Fred to look into getting them digitized so they can be in a safe.
