Meeting opened at 4:10 by President Mike Benjamin
Board Members present: Gabel, Drinkard, Darnell
Visitor: Neil Tucker
A work reporting form for authorizing payment for work done and logging items for time and mileage was presented by Fred. He will email to Mike.
Stephen brought everyone current on the work he has been doing in preparation for the RFQ. Discussion and approval of final form by Board. Stephen will formalize it and get it to Fred, who will hand deliver to the four engineering firms selected.

Water loss about 120,000 gallons about the same as prior months since major leak was repaired.
Financial report: Savings $78,765.85 Checking (7/14/14) $48,720.40
Neil reported on repairs and blowing out Lower Syringa line. He will order 2 meters and readers for inventory., and he will check with Mike on two yokes that have faulty valves.
