Meeting opened at 4:05 by President Mike Benjamin
Board Members present: Drinkard, Gabel, Darnell
Visitors: Neil Tucker, Frank Cafferty
Discussion about new Certificate holder Dan Deshon on Syringa Road. Neil will be doing the installation for Dan.
Discussion about Dean Crook water use. Mike will get a test meter from Neil and hook it to a hose bib and check use against permanent meter. Will check neighbors’ if need be also.
Discussion about Engineer selection. Stephen will get input from Kody VanDyke and Fred will talk to Joe Dean (661 3173) at City of Hope and report to Board.
Fred will send note to JUB and Sewell thanking them for response and that the Board should have a decision by end of month.
Fred to talk to Bill Strand, Dover Council President, at City of Dover to find out extent of their interest. Bill Strand [email protected] 208 596 1492 and report to Board.
Frank to contact Sec’y of State regarding our Corporate License status.
Discussion about old tank and site next to Sandpoint tank. Tank has been filled and is not a liability at this time. Also ownership of City pump site at base of Pine St. discussed.
Financial Report: Savings $113,773.98 Checking $17,345.08 City water bill of about $6000 not yet showing on auto-pay. Other bills paid current. $15,000.00 from Deshon not yet deposited or reflected in above numbers. Fred will issue a Certificate when money is received.
