Meeting Minutes
June 9, 2014
Meeting opened by President Mike Benjamin at 5:05 PM – Connie’s
Board Members present =- Drinkard, Gabel, Darnell
Visitors – Frank Cafferty and Neil Tucker and his Supt.,
Large users were noted , and to be contacted for possible leaks,
Past due accounts reviewed
Stephen outlined process for getting Proposals for Qualifications (PFQ) readied, and he will prepare an outline letter for Board Members to review and approve prior to mailing.
It was determined that 4 inquiries will go out. Welch Engr., Ruen-Yaeger, Tate and Sewell.
A wish list of possible improvements was discussed, and after selection of an Engineer we can be more definitive on our needs. Neil suggested we should consider going North to Gooby Road and possibly beyond. That area is served mostly by wells.
Mention was made that time consuming projects such as this need to have Board members reimbursed for their time. Stephen will keep a log and this will be addressed at a later date.
