Meeting opened 7:05 PM
Members present – Benjamin, Darnell, Drinkard
Visitors – Cafferty, Tucker
Bills reviewed for payment. Financial recap presented by Cafferty.
Discussion RE: Billings, payments, aging accounts. Frank to revise late payment system to allow for accumulative amounts.
Some are still trying to pay at Hutchens’ office – Fred will get a new supply of handouts to them, Frank will let Fred know names of customers still paying at Hutchens’ and Fred will call them. Payments may be made at Panhandle State Bank (Julie) or preferably by mail to P O Box 2401 Sandpoint.
Frank will ask Travis at Cons Supply if he can get us info regarding the meters and readers we purchased a few years ago.
Stephen – will change wording in by-laws on website to say “ payments received after the last day of the month will be charged a late fee. Postmarked by the 25th will be honored. Frank will make a note for billing also.
Mike to make annual check of all meters for leakage, accessibility, etc.
Frank to print out detail report for Fred and Mike after each months bills are mailed.
Everyone was reminded that our fiscal year ends November 30. We will need to have our income/expense details for Nov meeting to review and/or change the budget for 2014.
