Meeting opened at 4 PM by President Mike Benjamin
Board Members present: Gabel, Cafferty, Drinkard, Darnell
Visitor: Jon Ketchum
Discussion – phone upgrade for Mike (Syringa phone)
2 lots at the south end of Canoe Cove have sold – apparently 1 home to be built. Danchuk was the seller and he owns 2 certificates – will try to find out which one was transferred at closing, and notify Frank. Buyer was Dustin Downen – 661-212-0120 [email protected]
Sheila Martin on Lower Syringa will be building – they have a Certificate # 180 with no address.
Sewell bill was presented for payment. Frank will verify balance due before paying.
Stephen will send inquiry to Sewell about status of their work, and when we can expect determinations and suggestions on our system.
Frank to find out info on new owner of Gruber property (#129) so a certificate can be issued if the old one was released by the seller.
Discussion Re: meeting with Sewell and Dover.
Frank to get Brunell contact info to Fred to update records.
Mike to get Sonar equipment from Travis Kaul and give to Jon.
