Meeting opened at 4:05 by President Mike Benjamin
Board members present: Cafferty, Gabel, Drinkard, Darnell
Visitor: John Ketchum
Stephen asked about progress on the system analysis from Sewell. A meeting is being set up with the City of Dover to discuss water supply, etc. This will be sent out as a notice for the board members who can attend to do so. The update on Sewell work will take place at that time.. Mike and John have been in contact with Tim at Sewell during the past month.
General discussion re: system.
Frank needed to upgrade the Quickbooks program he uses for our billings, etc as the old program he has been using will no longer be supported on line. Cost was approved by board.
Mike to check Jenni Martin meter for proper operation.
Five active users are in arrears over $250.00. Frank will continue to monitor them and notify Fred if notices need to be sent out.
