Meeting opened by President Mike at 4:00 PM
Board members present: Darnell, Gabel, Cafferty, Drinkard
Update by Mike from Sewell. Mike to talk with Tim about correct location of pipes in Canoe Cove area.
Fred to talk to Neil about continuing availability for repair/maintenance
Discussion about difference in address that we have compared to County and Dover.
Anna Blackford seems to be using a lot of water – Mike to check meter for leakage.
Mangum residence has a rental on their connection. Frank updated them to a 1 ½ user.
Financial report as of 3-7-16 : Money Market $158,924.02 Checking $56,186.31
Discussion re: 2016 proposed budget. Fred to send Stephen spreadsheet so he can review and change as needed. Stephen will email results to board members for final review
and/or comments.
Frank to update current Board member terms on front page of bylaws – Cafferty and Gabel committed until 2022.
