Board Members present: Gabel, Cafferty, Drinkard, Benjamin
Old Business:
Frank now has a list of required parts. Frank will acquire parts and store them. Currently getting prices.
Frank has asked for updated contact info from Certificate Holders on Feb and March billing. No responses received. Stephen will put together a form to be sent to customers to acquire contact information so that customers can be contacted in case of an emergency.
Frank contacted insurance company to establish correct location for vault which houses the main pump for distribution.
Stephen brought attention to the Board about the Onecall System availability for notifying users of system problems. Board asked Stephen to gather more info for the next meeting. It is imperative that contact information be available for this to work effectively.
Discussion about J U B Engrs. request for confirmation of water availability for Transfer Station on Upland. Board agreed to have Frank and Fred talk to an attorney for opinion about this as it is a non-conforming use per the By-Laws.
Stephen reported that he had talked with the Bonner County Public Works Director, Matt Klinger and Mr. Klinger reported that the County decided to not enlarge the Upland Disposal site, but only to pave the existing site.
Board decided to see what the current water requirements are at existing sites.

New Business:
Mike reported that he has taken action on a delinquency notice that had to be acted upon.
Mike reported that Ontario Street is in serious condition due to spring run-off and potential flooding
Board discussed Jimmy Black’s request for water at the Pristine Heights subdivision. Board requested that the subdivision needs to come to our main in order to get water from the Syringa Heights Water District.
Board requested more information from Sewell Engineering concerning D.E.Q.
