Meeting Minutes

Meeting opened by Pres Mike Benjamin at 4:08

Board Members present: Gabel, Cafferty, Drinkard, Darnell

Old Business: 

    It was confirmed that an inventory of repair parts is to be acquired so any furure failures in the system can be repaired on a timely basis. Frank will hold these on our behalf.

    Frank has asked for updated contact info from Certificate Holders on Feb billing.

New Business: 

Leak on Dirty Dog Drive has been repaired.

Pump station has been repaired. Snakes in the controls caused a failure. Cost $5041.44

Stephen brought attention to the Board about the Onecall System available for notifying users of system problems. Board asked Stephen to gather more info for the next meeting. It is imperative that contact information be available for this to work effectively.

Discussion about J U B Engrs. request for confirmation of water availability for Transfer Station on Upland.  Board agreed to have Frank and Fred talk to an attorney for opinion about this as it is a non-conforming use per the By-Laws.
