Board members present : Drinkard, Cafferty, Darnell
Visitor: Jon Ketchum
Discussion RE: broken pipe at Pine and Upland area. Parts availability was a problem. It was moved by Drinkard and seconded by Cafferty to get with Jon and prepare an inventory list for parts compatible with various repairs that may happen in the future, and purchase all items from H. D. Fowler or Consolidated Supply. Cafferty will warehouse these items for future use.
Several customers were concerned about the outage. Fred suggested that Frank send a mailing to all users to request email and phone contact numbers so notification can be made in the future. Frank acknowledged that he can do this, with return to [email protected] or
P O Box 2401 Sandpoint. Fred will then bring the District records up to date.
Frank will meet with Tim to update him on what was found at the break site, for his records and review. Also make inquiry about progress with D E Q .
Confirmation of 2017 Budget was done by voice vote.
Fred to check with County about address changes. Will also confirm with Post Office.
Water lost Dec1 thru Dec 31 was 73,258 gallons, or $276.18.
