Board Members present: Cafferty, Gabel, Darnell

Fred proposed a review of By-Laws and website for update changes. Board asked Fred to do that and submit list with the Minutes for Board review and comment. If agreed upon, we will ask Stephen to update where needed.
It was noted that the County and City of Dover are changing addresses. This will be reviewed at a future meeting.
Discussion of equity fee for purchase of Certificates. It was agreed to lower cost to $7500.00, as of Jan 1, 2017. All other fees to remain same .
Frank submitted recap of 2016 income and expenses for fiscal year Dec. 1, 2015 thru Nov 30, 2016. Board reviewed and established Budget numbers for FY 2017. See attachment for final review and acceptance by Board. When approved, Stephen will update website.
