  2. President reviews last month’s minutes and asks for revisions, additions and approval.
  3. Old Business:
    1. Report on what the Browns were told about their water pressure. Any action required?
    2. Water loss report.
    3. Review of status of contract with City of Sandpoint.
    4. Review of City infringement into District.
    5. Report from Sewell on DEQ status / Dover and District improvements.
    6. Discussion of District Boundaries.
    7. Review and assessment of emails and reports from Syringa’s attorney.
  1. New Business
    1. Confirmation of Board Member: election.
    2. Election of new officers—President, Vice President, Secretary / Treasurer, Certified Operator/ Business Manager.
    3. Budget Discussion and Approval.
