Board Members present : Gabel, Drinkard, Cafferty, Darnell
Visitor: Tim
Meeting was held at the offices of Sewell engineering for the purpose of discussing the apparent errors in the boundary description of the District. It was decided to use the legal that Sewell has which accompanied the creation of the District by Judge Towles in 1982. Tim was also instructed to address the issues that the State Tax Commission pointed out in 1984, when they turned down our request for them to recognize our District.
