Meeting Minutes
8-8-2017
Meeting opened at 4 PM by President Mike Benjamin
Board members present – Gabel, Drinkard, Cafferty, Darnell
Visitor – Jon Ketchum – Neil Tucker
Fred and Mike retrieved all old files from basement of Cedar St. office of Keith Knickish.
Mike and wife Nancy have been going thru them in search of old agreements, maps, etc.
Mike shared information that was found. (not much)
Neil presented information that would transfer a Certificate from Alta Vincent Trust to he and his wife, who bought the property from the Trust. Fred will send Neil a new Certificate in their names.
A past due account was discussed. Fred sent a Notice of Intent to Terminate Service to him and it was delivered 7-14-2017. There has been no response, so it was determined that a second notice will be hand delivered with water shut off date to be August.30, 2017.
Pump station repairs have been completed and outgoing pressure has been increased to 90 pounds.
