Members present: Gabel, Drinkard, Benjamin, Darnell
Visitor: Neil Tucker
Bills reviewed and approved for payment.
Board members to review website and make any corrective recommendations at next meeting.
Reviewed financial reports, with input from Mike on past due accounts.
Discussion on Pipe locator. Mike is figuring out how to work it, and it was suggested that he share the operational discs with board members so they can become familiar with it. Neil will also learn how to operate it, and we can begin searching for leaks, valve locations. etc.
Stephen to reword By-Laws regarding meeting times and place.
Mike still has a bad internet connection. The minutes of 2-9-12 indicate that expense for him to get and maintain a decent internet service was approved to help facilitate District business. He was encouraged to look into this further.
Fred to review By-Laws and clarify past due billing and shut off procedures. He will present this to the Board for approval.
