Special Sewell Meeting

The Board met with Tim and Hailie at Sewell’s office to discuss the comments from DEQ on our application for assistance in upgrading the distribution system. All concerns and comments by DEQ were addressed and Sewell will work with DEQ until all items are resolved and completed in accordance with our contract with Sewell. Additional monies may be requested by Sewell to complete the inquiry that adds additional work to the original agreement. The Board agreed that if DEQ increases funds for this portion of the application, Syringa will contribute on a 50/50 basis, same as the original agreement.
