  1. President entertains any amendments to the agenda.
  2. President reviews last month’s minutes and asks for revisions, additions and approval.
  3. Old Business:
    1. Review of observations made by “circuit rider” Kevin McCloud. Report from Mike and Frank on their “ride about” looking for leaks with Kevin.
    2. Review of status of contract with City of Sandpoint.
    3. Review of City infringement into District.
    4. Report from Sewell on DEQ status / Dover and District improvements.
    5. Discussion of District Boundaries. Are we an official district? If so, where is the paper work?
    6. Has Tim Blankenship of Sewell finished determining the “equity fee” for new hookups?
    7. Review and assessment of emails and reports from Syringa’s attorney.
    8. Water loss report.
