Meeting opened by President Drinkard at 4:21
Board Members present: Cafferty, Gabel, Darnell
Agenda revised by adding “discussion re; water tests”
11-13-2018 minutes approved as written — Frank moved, Verna 2nd – all aye
Report from Certified Operator- All is well – approval of water test procedure going forward – Frank will do.
Financial report – Sinking fund $289,234.41 Checking $39,681.32
Water Loss – November 69,796 gallons. It is interesting that water loss is less in winter when overall use is lower and considerably higher during the summer. Possible irrigation bypassing meters? Board to consider options to find out why this is happening.
Budget workshop to be scheduled –
Website improvements being readied for Board review at next meeting.
Discussion on meeting over phone with DEQ at Sewell office. Wed Dec 5 at 2 PM. Also discussed priorities for spring upgrades.
Board worked on City problem. Rough draft of letter to Smith discussed. Stephen will entertain email approval from Board members and present to Smith for action.
Annexation of properties into District ready for presentation to County assessor. State Tax Commission approval pending.
