Members present – Mike Benjamin, Verna Gabel, Stephen Drinkard, Fred Darnell
Stephen reviewed the website he has been working on, and asked all board members to read through it and comment-
Fred to send minutes of March 2012 meeting to Stephen
Fred to present 2013 budget via email for members’ review and approval or comments.
Members asked to review websites presented by Mike for leak detection device for District to purchase.
Fred to present via email to members possible revisions/clarification on responsibility of certificate owners in the By-Laws.
Mike to contact past due owners.
