Fred to contact Hutchens office to receive no more payments.
Fred to call Ammar about not paying at Hutchens office
Mike to contact John Jaeger to not pay at Hutchens office
Fred to get bid on insurance from Farm Bureau Ins Due Jan 1, 2014
Fred to contact Sandpoint Title re: 2 recent sales. Rowland Trust and Pilgeram 116
Financial report given. Frank to send us end of year income and expense record relative to budget
Budget approved for 2014 – same as 2013 but to be revised upon final 2013 figures.
Fred to check with Tangy about annual audit if required
Verna to verify election requirements and set up schedule of notifications. To be presented to membership via notice on appropriate monthly billing – 3 positions to fill – Darnell and Benjamin and vacant –
Neil gave report on Ontario St repairs by City of Dover and our pipe replacement.
Stephen gave report on D E Q progress for upgrading system. He, Neil and Benjamin to meet to fill out forms, then OK to talk to an engineer about things he needs to fill out.
Fred to check status of District with County Clerk.
