!. CCR water quality report is now on our website under “news”. Frank will note that on the billing card.
- Water pressure report on Pine St loop – Browns now have around 47 – 49 lbs at house. Hawkins has 41 – 42 lbs at meter – a little more at house.
- Stephen will send all Board Members a draft of notice to be mailed by Sewell to proposed expansion area residents for our comments. Stephen will be gone for 2 weeks, but the Board will get together on line and finalize it and get to Sewell.
- Fred to reword ByLaws regarding turn off and on fee, and other provisions of Item 18 in the ByLaws.
- Reference is made in the ByLaws to Idaho Code 42, section 3209 and 3212. It was suggested that all Board Members read those on line to become familiar with our guiding laws.
- Elections for two seats are due to be held in February. Notice will be on December and January
billings, per Item 3 of the ByLaws that two seats are to be filled for a six year term.
Board seats are: Gabel and Cafferty ending Feb, 2016 — Drinkard, Feb 2018, and Benjamin and Darnell, ending in 2020.
- Frank working on insurance – will have a report next meeting.
- Old meter on Baldy to be filled in and abandoned.
- Selkirk School meter box – Mike and Frank to repair.
- Director pay – Fred to reword Item 1 of the ByLaws. Proposed changes of Item 1 and 18 will be sent to Board Members for ratification, then Stephen can change the website and official ByLaws.
- Stephen to forward City of Sandpoint water agreement to Board Members for review and comment. Please have this ready for Board meeting in November.
- Financial report Sinking Fund – $143,894.10 — Checking #73,727.01 as of 10-20-15
