Meeting opened at 6 PM by President Mike Benjamin
Board members present – Darnell – Gable – Drinkard
No old business carried forward for action
Bills reviewed and approved for payment
Financial report discussed. Fred to ask Tammy about layout for monthly P & L.
Mike to review past due accounts
Stephen has website partially up and running – he is continuing to work with
Keokee and will explain how it can be kept current at next months meeting-
Approval given to have a Logo designed for the District
Discussion as to who has ultimate responsibility for water usage. Fred to come up
with wording for a By-Law clarification at next meeting.
